Does your Home Based Busineess have Benfits for Income Opportunity 20

Benefits of a Home based Business

Published by Tana Hamiter - Goes Green Mentor

Are you a budding Entreprenure OR are you running off on Monday Mornings just happy to be getting on the commute to ....?

Today not just entrepreneurs but average folks like you and I are rediscovering the benefits of a work at home business. Technological innovations are available and programs are in place to help the average person succeed. Working from home is Eco Friendly and Profitable both in Time Saved and Money Earned. Are you ready to escape the Rat Race? Willing to have a 2 minute commute? Do you want a solid Income Opportunity?
Eco-Friendly is a BIG issue for many as we realize we live on one world, all of us, together. One more car or van off the road really does make a difference.

Here are a few good reasons for a work at home business:

TAX Benefits – that is a reason on everyone’s list. Income Opportunity begins here. Not only do I save time and gas from commuting but there are so many things that are now tax deductible because I work from home. I’ve turned a portion of our home dedicated to business only areas. In our case we write off 1/3 of utilities, insurance costs, house payments, and expenses for phone, computers and so much more. Maintenance and repairs are deductible, depreciation, property taxes and of course insurance costs. Plus much much more! Who wants to pay more taxes? Saving taxes is making $$$. Google home based business tax benefits for more info.

Personal Financial Freedom – having time and freedom can be so rewarding. When my husband was in construction if he was working we had NO time and when he was between jobs we had Time but NO money. There was something wrong with that picture. Now by our work at home business, we have time together, because we chose a business that can be worked through the internet or belly to belly, we can work and play anywhere. Our income opportunity is in our hands. Now there is a down side … do you have what it takes to be consistent in your work at home business and willing to study to keep up with the trends? There is a lot of support to help you YOU are in the driver’s seat.

Reducing Stress – your working from home will help to fee up time so you will find it easier to juggle the demands of home, family and your private life. You will set your goals and deadlines. No more office politics, missing family functions that you set as a priority. YOU are your boss and your best employee.

When I'm having a, shall we say, challanging day, I can climb in my easy chair, get a blanket and plop my PC in my lap. Now I'm back in business and out of my home office. Or grab the laptop and take a drive to a comfortalbe place, could be an internet cafe or with my air card, upriver by the mountain creek and in a few minutes I'm back in business. I really enjoy the ease in which I can change my work environment.

And as far as reducing STRESS - financial pressues are often at the core of family stress. Having an Income Opportunity in your hands with a home based business can be one more key to a cheerful homelife. Remeber it will take time and determination, this is NOT a get rich quick deal. Nothing solid is.

The benefits of a work at home based business is just starting to rise to a peak that will set the pace for personal freedom and maximizing time and income. Are you ready to join this growing movement? Think Goes Green. Start Your HOME BUSINESS Now! [more information]

Your Home Business and Self Care

Work at Home – Self Care
Often when we talk about Successful Internet Work at Home Business, we just talk about the Business. Is it turning a profit? How are you doing is translated by most people to mean – how much profit is coming in the door. Yes, your work at home business needs to turn a profit, no denying that.

But I want to talk about your self-care today. So how is your work at home business? It is only as good, as strong and as healthy as you are. This may seem like it is a kind of a different view but so true. It is important, no imperative that each of us that anyone who has a work at home business set up a firm unshakable health care plan or our business will crash as sure as winter follows summer.

So what are some things to consider? There is family, friends, nutrition, exercise, getting outdoors, fun activities and spiritual path (whatever that means to you), work time and sleep, just to name a few considerations. As a business mentor some of the questions I ask a new client or team member is: Tell me a little bit about yourself. Do you have a family, and such? Share with me about your social life, friends, activities, church or spiritual life. We talk about how important self care is, because it isn’t just important, it’s VITAL.

Just as your business, whatever kind it is, will need regular tending and responsibilities taken care of, so will your plan for person health and vitality. It is so easy to start working harder and longer hours when working for yourself, working to the point of exhaustion and burnout. That will not get you want you want which is a successful work at home business and family.

Some things to consider for your work a home business:

Have a personal plan just like you do a business plan. I humbly suggest you start each day (if you have a job and also work at home, or if you work at home only), by getting up earlier enough that you have quiet time for things that set your day on the right track. For example: meditation, prayer, contemplation, journaling your blessings and your feelings, yoga or some form of exercise. I don’t think I know a truly successful person that doesn’t take care of the inner self.

Nutrition becomes essential. Let go of the survival on coffee to just keep going and the sugar rush, fast foods and eating over your key board. Sit down and take breaks to enjoy your meals. Weather permitting, get outside and have your lunch break. A sound diet of real foods, well prepared and supplemented with natural vitamins and supplements will help to keep your health strong.

Take time, no not take time, MAKE TIME for family and friends or you may wake up someday with a very profitable work at home business and find you’ve lost your family. It happens so make sure family time is held as sacred.

I hope you hear my thoughts on this. I’ve seen great success with work at home businesses and I’ve seen others make great income and lose everything important. Take care of yourself and your business, both are important. Here’s to a grand life – you deserve it.

Work at Home Business with a Franchise

Network Franchise or Start-up Origional Idea?

5 Reasons to consider when looking into a Franchise for a work at home business.

There are basically two choices when starting an internet work at home\ business. You can start from scratch with an original idea and build it from the ground up (quite a daunting task to be sure) or you can join a work at home business franchise.

As home based business mentor if you were to ask my opinion, I would definitely recommend you to align yourself with a well established work at home internet business.

Starting your web based work at home businesses not an easy task. But then neither is working a 40 t 50 hour a week job and adding a commute time on top of it, lots of time and sometimes even your weekends. If you are new to online business you can lose a lot of money and time without making a cent. You have to create the wheel, so to speak.

However by joining with an online work at home business franchise, your risk is much less because so much work has been done for you. You are stepping into a readymade business. But you still must choose wisely and surround yourself with a good team and hopefully a mentor to guide you for your best interests.

Starting a franchise business system is much more likely to succeed and it is proven money making system. That is what you are buying and that is what they are selling you, lower risk.

One blessing is a savings of time, since you are purchasing a working system. That keeps you from the time and money spent on research and development. Also your internet work at home business has a good potential to start making money much earlier if you have the basic internet marketing skills and know how to bring traffic to you web business. That can be provided with the right tools, so do your research to look at the BIG picture.

If you have chosen wisely, your business franchise will include quality support and follow-up, helping you to get off to a strong start. Check to see what support, training, books and on-going mentorship is provided. Is it on-line with your franchise OR do you need to fly all over the country paying to get ‘more’ training. Do they charge extra by the hour to help you? If so, how much? You want your internet work at home business to run lean on expenses, many excellent resources are free someone shows you where to look and some tools are just plain essential.

There are many benefits to join a home base franchise business. But, you must be careful with those scamming program. Many of them are not honest. So your first job is doing the research to find the honest, with reasonable startup costs, know your monthly expenses and proven working system. Your internet work at home business will be a real family asset.

Work at Home - Computor Friend or Foe

Work at Home – $Goes-Green$ - But How's your Health

Published by Tana Hamiter - Goes Green Mentor

We are blessed to be living in the time when more people are finding it advantages to work at home. Most often that means some type of computer work, and with that it’s easy to develop habits that are not so good for our body. I remind myself that comfortable income isn’t worth squat if I let my body go downhill. Did you know more LNI claims are from computer injuries than anything else now. So listen up!

Here are a few quick tips:

Make sure your workstation for your work at home business is suited for your body. Google for ergonomics for PC will bring you a wealth of information on how to set up the chair, desk, etc. For example: Screen should be tilted back about 10% to 20% and placed 20 to 40 inches from your eyes. Lean monitor back slightly and adjust for glare. Your back should be straight and shoulders comfortable, wrists at a flat level. Your window should be at the side of the computer, not above or behind. Fix the table at 25 to 29 inches high. Wrists flat and support for your arms, NO twisting or leaning to reach for things, especially if repetitive. There are many more specifics available when you Google search for Pc ergonomics.

Now that is just for how to sit. But sitting can be what we who work a computer work at home business do a wee bit too much of. Get a couple of times, actually I use three. I have an old fashioned kitchen timer that turns the dial up to one hour. I labeled it STRETCH and I give it a spin up to one hour. When it goes off, I reset for another hour and stand up, do some slow stretches, a few yoga positions remembering my shoulders and neck. Touch those old toes and then back to work. The second timer is labeled DRINK to remind me to eat (healthy not junk) and drink fluids (water, tea, juices, etc.), it is so easy to not take good care of myself when I get engrossed with a project – easy to stick my head up, see it’s 2:30 pm and realized I’ve not gotten out of my chair or had breakfast or fluids. NOT a good long term plan.

Work at home is great, 2 minute commute to anywhere in my home. Love it but I can forget when the next conference call, webcast or some task needs done so I use a 3rd time and label it TO DO? These three trainers have really helped me. I always keep my water bottle there at the computer and have made a point of not turning into a coffee hound. A little dish of almonds and pumpkin seeds for my brain and I’m good to go. Work at home really works for me. Hope it does for you too.

Goals or Gleams for your Home Based Business

Do You know the difference between Goals and Gleeams?
Published by Tana Hamiter
Let’s start this off with a definition: Goals are some thing you want AND are willing to put money, time and personal energy into to make sure it happens. Gleams (Dreams) are things we really really want, perhaps talk about all the time, dream about and believe we will do but when the ‘rubber hits the road’, you are not willing to put your money, your time and YOUR energy to make it happen. Your success is in your hands but no matter how many people say it’s easy, don’t worry, you’ll be making a mint in no time, well, it just doesn’t work that way.

How do you define your goals and gleams? Start with a spiral note book or journal and pen; get a glass of water, tea, juice or whatever and sit where you can be totally undisturbed. Ponder for a bit on what it is you think you want to create in a home based business, get a mental picture.

Now write: (for example)

Goal: To create a financially sound computer/web based business where I can have a work from home business.

Define further: This home based business will take advantage of current trends and technology. It will be created so that I and my husband can be mobile with a lap top to travel and not be stuck at home, tied to a business. It must have a future and residual income built in. Multiple streams of income are important to me.

(Of course your statement will vary as your interests are each unique – this is just to prime the pump.)

Why: I want David to fully retire, it’s well past time, and I want something to bring in the income we need to meet financial obligations now and in our Senior Years. I want something that is creative, keeps my mind active, helps people (I love training and designing programs), solving problems and always learning. I want enough money that we can still help making a difference in this world through outreach programs, especially with the forgotten youth and elders.

What Do YOU Need To Do: don’t worry about what order they come to your mind in, just jot them down.

1. Upgrade and get two computers that multi task with appropriate programs

2. Find a computer repair and Matatince person that are reliable

3. Decide what business I am going to work with (or more than one so all eggs aren’t in one basket
4. Who will I look to for leadership and as a mentor

5. Set aside enough money to build and maintain this business until it is consistently bringing in a good profit

6. Develop a Business Plan

7. Figure out time schedule; how to manage family, job, grandkids and everyone who wants a piece of my time

8. Find time for personal Self Care and Relationship time with my husband

9. Where in the house to set up and how

10. Etc. Make as long a list as can come to mind and remember this is an ongoing project. If it pops into your head, write it down. That is why a journal is so helpful, this is an ongoing process.

Now list each one and what problems or what might get in your way – then a solutions or more than one solution. (Example)

1. I don’t know enough about computers and programs to make a good decision – I will contact and interview several computer stores, repair business, web developers, SEOs as necessary to get their opinions. And I’ll do some research on the net but if too difficult will really listen to the repair and maitataince people. Also check with people who are in the business I am in or intend to be in.

2. Find good computer/repair – interview and ask for referrals because my PC business will totally depend on keeping my computers working well. Will they be prompt to my needs, cost, etc.

3. Look at various businesses if I haven’t already done that. Talk to people who are in the business and get to the bottom line of HOW they build their business – Be Brave and ask the hard to the point questions! Listen not just with my heat and enthusiasm but engage BRAIN.

4. Interview, find a mentor --- find someone who listens to me, my concerns and doesn’t just try to ‘talk’ me into something for THEIR best interest.

5. Etc. it doesn’t matter what the challenge is you must find a solution, sometimes several solutions so it is no longer a problem you are stumbling over. A good mentor can help with a lot of this.

Decide how much working capital you are willing to invest into your business.

Also decide how much CONSISTANT TIME you will spend working each week on your work from home business.

Remember NOTHING is a FREE LUNCH!

Now is time of Truth…. Sit for a bit and think about it. If you really did all these things, put in the hours and money and personal energy … first would it get you what you want? Second will the expenditure of time, money and energy really be worth the Goal you are creating success for.

Some times at this point the answer is NO, I don’t want to work hard enough to achieve that goal (then readjust your plans), etc.

But if the answer is a resounding YES, then buckle your seatbelt and get to work. You’ve a lot to learn. Being work from home is not like having a JOB. Your success depends on you, your input of energy and consistency

Set up for Work from Home Business

Work from Home Set Up for Income Opportunity

Published by Tana Hamiter

Work from home is a popular way to run a small company. Work from home has so many advantages; my favorite is what I call the 2 minute commute! Seriously though, it dramatically decreases the start-up costs such as leasing a commercial business space, improvements, utilities and major office equipment expenses.

There are literally thousands of people entering into a work from home based business due to the sagging economy, massive business layoffs, and whole industries vanishing as work moves overseas. Families are needed in the past a second income for those little extras; families now need a steady income they can count on. I strongly suggest diversification (never put all your eggs in one basket).

Here is some basic advice for your income opportunity in your work from home based business:

Consider where you are setting up the location. Hopefully you will have a room dedicated to your home based business. Tax write off includes a % of square footage and then divides that up for a percent of heat, lights, water, etc. BUT the space must be for you home based business only. So if you do not have a room, then mark out an area that is Business ONLY to keep our friendly tax person happy.

Install a phone line dedicated to your home based business.

Decide on an answering service and in most cases it is required to have a 1-800 number for someone to take you seriously.

Organize your work space with great care. Make sure that you have sufficient space to meet your needs.

Set up an LLC so that your home assets and banking are completely separate from your business. It is easy and inexpensive for a lawyer to do it for you. Well worth the security.

Open a Business Banking account with your business name LLC on the checks.

As soon as possible also get two credit cards with your business name LLC

If needed for your type of business, when scheduling appointments with clients, consider meeting at your client's office or renting a conference room to maintain a professional image. Or learn the new up to date technology of conferencing on the computer. It is fairly easy and not expensive if you use the right services.

Keep excellent records of entertainment and travel expenses. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tends to audit home-based businesses more frequently—especially when they are writing off a variety of expenses, including the percentage of the mortgage or rent for your office space.

There are several good record keepers such as Day Timer®, Franklin Quest® and Day Planner that will help you keep track of your expenses. Your accountant or a CPA is recommended and can advise you on deductions you can take and records you must keep for the IRS. Talk with them before or early on in your business so that you are starting your record keeping off on a good track.

Set up a SAVINGS ACCOUNT for your business, remember keep it in a business LLC account. Build it up because when you least expect it, you will need it.

Set up your computer system, proper programs and decide who will handle your repairs and help as you need it. Check out their service and if possible talk to referrals. Do NOT just trust the Big Computer Stores to be there for you. You are usually not a person to them, just a broken piece of equipment and you go into the ‘Q’. Trust me; a good computer person on your team is worth their weight in Gold. A good 2nd PC lap top that can multi task can be a life saver.

Discipline yourself. You must be a self-starter and follow a routine, just as if you were working for any other business. In many cases, you are the only person you can rely on to get the job done. Unless it's an emergency, do not baby-sit or chat with your neighbors.

Is Your Home Based Business and Income Opportunity

Published by Tana Hamiter – Goes Green Mentor

How Much Money does it take to start a Home Based Business?

First thing to understand, Capital isn’t everything. Now don’t get me wrong. It takes money to make money. But it also takes time, educating yourself, always be willing to learn and surround yourself with people who have walked this path before you. People who really have your best interest in mind AND will help you design a business plan that will work for you.

t may be hard to believe, but many of those new to home based business and looking for that most important Income Opportunity.

Capital isn’t everything and you may not at first believe that. I mean. If you had say $100,000 to invest in advertising and setup for your home based business wouldn’t that almost guarantee your success? I mean the more capital the better, right?

Income Opportunity - What if all you can put together is a meager $1000 to $2000? Is that possiable?

Well the truth is that ingenuity and perseverance is far more important than the amount of money. Who you surround yourself with is more important than that. Being willing to learn and grow, to work when you might want to nap, both are more important than that.

You must make every dollar count, that is true, but you must make ever customer and every business associate you have feel like they are invaluable to your business, and they are!

The reality is that Capital in inexperienced hands, with an inexperienced home based business person, is just a waste of money. On the other hand, you can turn a $1000 or less in capital into a thriving business. And yes, when you get the ingenuity part right, then whatever extra capital you get would be worth so much more.

Well, let’s get off on the right track. Streamline Magic gives you many of the important components of an Income Opportunity. It is not expensive to get your home based business up and running. Home Based Business in the Health and Wellness Delivers Income Opportunity

Published by Tana Hamiter – Goes Green Mentor

Build a home based business within the health and wellness field will lead to a substantial Income Opportunity. Thousands of people just like you and me work from home to generate an income from your home based business. No more frantic mornings trying to get out of the house, fight traffic and then wonder just how stable your job is. With corporate mergers and takeovers and massive layoffs around the country it is no surprise that so many people are looking for either a 2nd income or are developing a plan to move from JOB to Home Based Business.

It doesn’t take special skills as long as you’ve an open mind, willingness to learn and work with a mentor to help you develop a plan for your specific style and interests. Home based business is the key for financial independence but it can be a disaster when not approached with respect and a dedication to honestly work for yourself.

Consider: Generate an income from home with no inventory necessary, includes a predesigned free website; this is called affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is using one site to drive traffic to another. It is a form of on online marketing and it plays a significant role in e-retailers marketing strategies.

"Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure." — Napoleon Hill

A Google Search on the Affiliate Marketing is informative.

We are witnessing the explosive birth of a new trillion-dollar industry, and network marketers everywhere are poised to be the vanguard of that explosion. . Back in 1990, the opportunities still lay in physically distributing products; since 1990 we've seen a dramatic shift.

The coming worldwide phenomenon of wellness; a new emerging industry that is already achieving sales of $200 billion in the U.S. and is on its way to become a $1 trillion industry in 10 years is here and now!

As consumers discover that real wellness products exist, they will demand them from their politicians and their employers. We are already seeing this happening. Moreover, governments and companies are realizing that the only way to control escalating medical costs is through prevention and wellness. These two factors are leading to massive reforms in who controls the purse strings of medical spending - all in favor of wellness. Talk about Income Opportunity, you have it here in Spades.

Learning how to develop your home based business with guidance from well trained people; combine that with a TEAM concept and advanced computer techniques that you will be trained with leads to an Income Opportunity that really does work if you work the plan.

I invite you to view our presentation on Streamline Magic. It is well designed and has a basic funnel system to work in. There is training and support for you to develop your home based business. You can choose to work with it in the Health and Wellness arena or not.
