Not every blog will have all of them, but make sure most of them do. And YES, make sure your name is one of the key word phrases. Also suggest go to www.google.com and get a Gmail account. Then match your email name, to the blog name and then to key words for your blog. That is good when you take the time to put it all together that way. But if not, then just do the best you can and stay on one basic subject theme.
